With the passing of my dear Father in November and me just undertaking major surgery to remove part of my kidney (yes, ouch, more reasons for everyone to drink enough water), the rest of the year I’ll be fairly quiet on here. However I’ll be back in January with CASA FLUID, the orders have been placed and I’m looking forward to sharing my product after putting 2020 to bed 🤍

Our bodies are smart, we are built to naturally detoxify on a daily basis; and of course drinking water is a key player in making this work.
