We will be taking a break for the rest of the year and be back in the new year for some exciting 'Just be' updates. 🙏

Who is Just Be and what do we offer? 👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏼

We envision all young people to feel empowered to take care of their mind, body and soul through our Just Be products and workshops.

We offer tools and strategies to aid the development of self-care practices to become part of your daily routine.

This can be an avenue to reduce stress and anxiety in this ever increasingly busy and exhausting world.

Healthy Habits 💚

Our final 2022 workshop!

We are so grateful for our small group workshop today. We got to expore lots of important topics about healthy habits, self-care and how to implement the 6 components of health in our daily lives.

It's such an honour to be able to facilitate workshops for our young girls and for them to connect with one another 👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏼

We are taking some time off from our workshops for now as we move into the crazy month of Dec. But we still have some great self-care goodies to purchase in our Just Be store.

As we move to 2023 we have lots of ideas for a new format and direction but we would LOVE feedback from our Just Be community on what ways we can best serve you (and our young people) so look out for an email in the next few weeks 📧
