Dear valued customers,
We wanted to inform you about an important update regarding our operating hours. Starting from Friday, September 1st, we will be implementing new opening hours which has been a difficult decision for us.

We have always taken pride in being the pharmacy with the longest opening hours in our area, dedicated to serving our community around the clock. However, due to the recent introduction of the federal government's 60-day dispensing policy, we have to adjust our trading hours. The funding cuts associated with this policy have made it impossible for us to sustain the extended hours we have been proud to offer.

Please understand that we are fully supportive of the aim to make medicines more affordable for everyone. Our primary concern lies in the fact that the implementation of this policy seemed to have happened without thorough consultation with our industry.

Collaboration and open dialogue could have led to a more balanced approach.

If you have any questions or concerns, we invite you to visit our pharmacy and chat with me or any of our team members.

💊 Labor’s rushed PBS changes will leave rural and regional Australians worse off 💊

Regional and rural pharmacies are in distress due to the Albanese Labor Government’s rushed PBS changes.

Starting July 1, these changes will allow customers to fulfil 60 days worth of medications.

Pharmacists in Dawson are already having supply shortages and are very concerned medications will be stock piled leaving smaller community pharmacies short.

Once again rural and regional Australians are being left behind , and this time without medication under Prime Minster Albanese's rushed policy change.
