I have a true passion for helping people, it is my purpose in life. I became a Holistic Life Coach because I wanted to help people that might have gone through similar challenges and experiences in life as I did. As a Holistic Coach, I am interested in engaging and developing a person holistically,
as a ‘whole’, on all the different levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Every human b
eing is multi-dimensional and all those facets are immensely interlinked. I believe that our emotional state of being can greatly affect our physical being. And I am the prime example of it myself. When my emotional state is out of balance,
my physical body feels it too. I also have a passion for all things natural,
which comes from way back and deep within. I am Nature and Nature is me. I love Mother Nature,
she provides us with so many things we need to be happy, healthy, holistic beings. And then I am not only referring to food, but Nature in itself is so healing, the fauna and the flora, all of it, we benefit from as energetic beings. Through my own personal challenges and life experiences, I have come to understand the nature of myself more and more. I developed or 'remembered' my inner knowledge about natural, simple and real ways of healing. As a Holistic Coach, I will assist you to reconnect with yourself deeply, so you can become the person you are again. I will help you to acknowledge, feel and release emotional blockages. I will encourage, support and motivate you in becoming you again. I work with my own unique set of methods or techniques which I have developed through my life. I believe in the uniqueness of every one of my clients and my consultations are always greatly tailored to my clients' personal needs. My intention in life is to help people whenever I can, whether it be through the workshops, consultations, chats, my recipes or life experiences. Nature's Magic is very much present in my life and I do like to share that with everyone!
