My recipe for a fit healthy life👇

Strength training 3x per week.

10k steps daily.

Eating whole foods with high protein (80% of the time).

3L of water daily.

7-9 hours of quality sleep.

Rinse and Repeat 🔁

If you implement these habits consistently you will look and feel amazing.

You don’t need crazy routines our spend loads of money on gadgets to be healthy.

And anyone saying you need more than this is most likely trying to sell you some sh*t.

Focus on daily habits and lifestyle.

You will never out train a bad diet! So stop trying…

When you realise that exercise alone is a sh*t strategy for fat loss you will get better results.

Here’s the reality.

Strength Training is for building muscle and strength not burning calories.

Cardio is for overall fitness not for burning calories.

If you want to get lean, reduce your calories by reducing your food intake.

No amount of trips to the gym will make a difference if you continue to eat like sh*t.

Welcoming my client 💪

There are two types of people in this world.

Those who “don’t have time” and those who MAKE TIME.

Fortunately, Nick is the latter.

Despite having a full time job that’s quite demanding, a growing family (3-month old), he still makes time to come in at 6.15am to lift weights and push his body.

Nick understands the importance of strength training and maintaining his health especially as he gets older.

He has also mentioned that even after the first couple of sessions he has noticed less pain and more energy.

Looking forward to working together these next couple of months and seeing how far we can push you 💪
