Bullet proof your back with back extensions.

This is one of my favourite accessories for deadlifts.

This exercises helps to isolate the lower back muscles(erector spinae) which a responsible for stabilising your spine as you hinge.

Do it for 3 x 10 reps and watch your lower back pain disappear!

Carbs won’t make you fat if you understand how to use them!

Here’s a simple rule when consuming carbohydrates if fat loss is the goal.

On days when movement is high, eat more carbs (especially around your workouts).

On days that movement is low eat less complex carbs (bread, rice, pasta etc) and prioritise fibrous veggies + fruits.

I do this stretch every single day for a minimum of 10 reps.

When happens when you stop deadlifting?

You get weak AF 🤣

Strength gains ARE specific, you get stronger at what you repeatedly do.

Taking two years off conventional deadlifting clearly shows but to be honest I much prefer RDL’s anyway.

I got over lifting heavy as it requires too much time and accumulates more fatigue.

RDL’s allow me to still build/maintain muscle and fits into my schedule (no more 2 hour sessions).

It really is that simple ⬇️

1. Walk 10,000 steps Monday-Sunday.

2. Follow a program that has you lift weights at least 3x per week.

3. Eat majority whole foods.

4. Show up daily/weekly regardless of how you feel.

If you’re not getting results you’re simply not sticking to the plan.

Let’s stop normalising obesity, weakness and being undisciplined.

I have seen so many accounts just like this and it infuriates me.

What’s worse is that he is a personal trainer 🤦🏽‍♂️

As a personal trainer you SHOULD lead by f**king example.

Im not saying you have to be shredded all year round, or the biggest dude out but you have to practice what you preach.

You can’t be 30% body fat and say it’s heathy.

Let’s be real.

There is nothing healthy about being obese.

Taking steroids ISN’T cheating…

But making money off a transformation that is only possible by taking steroids is.

A famous example is liver king….

This guy convinced the world that eating organ meats (liver) raw was the reason for his size and strength.

When in reality he was jabbing a needle in his ass.

Stop falling for the BS.

There is no supplement or secret program that you’re missing out on.

It’s discipline + consistency over time.
