Thats why they sell you supplements and quick fixes.

He’s the reality.

If it’s easy it doesn’t work.

The EXACT steps you need to take to get shredded 👇

1. Work out your maintenance calories by keeping a food diary consistently and tracking your weight (first thing) for a full week to find your average.

If you gained weight at the end of the week you’re in a surplus, If you maintained you’re at maintenance and if you lost you’re in a deficit.

2. Use your maintenance (the weekly average) and decrease 10-15% from your calories. This will be your eating calories moving forward.

3. Prioritise protein (1.5-2.2g per kilo of bw) for muscle maintenance and satiety.

4. Increase food volume. Eat nutrient dense foods (whole foods mainly) meats, fruits, veggies.

5. Walk everyday (10,000) to increase the energy deficit.

6. Lift weight and prioritise strength training. Compound movements in the 6-20 rep range.

Do this consistently for at least 12 weeks.
