There’s a lot of “feel good” bullsh*t being sold today.

“Stress is bad,”
“Anxiety is bad,”
“You need perfect balance,”

So people spend their whole lives running from pressure, and wonder why they’re stuck, soft, and miserable.

Here’s the truth:

The world isn’t sunshine and rainbows.

Chasing big goals is stressful.

Growth creates anxiety.

If you’re doing it right, you’ll be uncomfortable most of the time.

Anything worth pursuing is hard, period.

The gym is no different.

Building muscle.
Getting stronger.
Leveling up your body.

It takes strain, it takes intensity, it takes showing up when you don’t feel like it.

Most people never achieve anything because they’re addicted to comfort.

Everything you want, in the gym and in life, lives on the other side of fear, pressure, and discomfort.

Let’s be real. An “online coach” shouldn’t cost more than a face to face coach!

I saw a dude online charging 3k USD for their coaching program what the actual f**k.

That online coach is going to tell you the same sh*t a regular face to face coach will tell you WITHOUT being physically there to train you and sweat with you (like a face to face coach).

Let 2026 be the year people STOP paying these retards.

We are no longer in lock down.

Covid is over.

Gyms are open again.

Pay a face to face coach, not some influencer who’s an expert on ChatGPT but has never actually trained a soul in their life.

You will never out train a bad diet! So stop trying…

When you realise that exercise alone is a sh*t strategy for fat loss you will get better results.

Here’s the reality.

Strength Training is for building muscle and strength not burning calories.

Cardio is for overall fitness not for burning calories.

If you want to get lean, reduce your calories by reducing your food intake.

No amount of trips to the gym will make a difference if you continue to eat like sh*t.

NO BULLSH*T JUST RESULTS!
