I am so excited to have joined the Yoga Playgroup family as a facilitator. I just love yoga and have been practicing since I found myself in Byron Bay on a mat in my early 20's.
Yoga Playgroup was an absolute highlight of my weeks when my little one was 3 years old and I can't wait to connect to share yoga and mindfulness with you and your little people at Yoga Playgroup too.

Food order has a dramatic impact on glycaemic responses in pre-diabetes - wow. Eating the protein and veg portion first (then the CHO portion 10 minutes later) or even just the vegetable portion first (then the CHO and protein portion 10 minutes later) pretty much blunts the glucose spike from having the carbohydrate portion first.
