So this week I did something that I’ve been working toward for quite some time. Years ago I went into a very dark place and the black dog nearly completely overpowered me but I was able to crawl back into the sunlight and see the rainbow before me. Now I wear it to remind me of where I’ve been and how far I’ve come and hopefully it starts conversations that might just help someone else too.
