Whilst the pandemic has, and continues to, take its toll on our mental health, the ability to reconnect through World Mental Health Day 2022 will provide us with an opportunity to re-kindle our efforts to protect and improve mental health.

Many aspects of mental health have been challenged; and already before the pandemic in 2019 an estimated one in eight people globally were living with a mental disorder.

About Kelly...

Kelly’s Mobile Remedial Massage Therapy provides Remedial, Sports and Pregnancy massage to the South West Sydney and surrounding suburbs. I bring everything to you, so there is not need to worry about parking or travel. You just relax and I do all the hard work. If you don’t know which treatment you need, I’ll take the time to study your habits and determine the pressure and modality best suited for your body’s condition. All treatments are tailored to your specific needs.

I have had extensive experience in remedial and sports massage therapy. With over 10 years experience, I provide a very individual and thorough treatment for every client. I have worked along side some of Australia's elite athletes as well as NRL, Australian Rugby Union and other sporting teams, as well as individuals competing in cycling, triathlons and marathons. I am fully qualified with a Diploma of Remedial Massage, registered with ATMS and is covered by all health funds. My services are for everyone, from Mums, Dads and office workers, to athletes and can be tailored to each clients needs.
