Hey Team I’ve just completed a 35 day wellness program that I created myself. 35Reset.

I wanted to create an alternative to the popular 75hard program which would serve to be more achievable and sustainable for the everyday person.

At the same time I wanted the program to be more centred around habits and activities which would help people on a deeper level by steering them towards activities / habits to help them manage stress better, experience personal growth and find calm in the chaos that is our world today.

From here I’ll be getting some people to trial the program and gain feedback on how I can improve it further with the goal of having it fully complete and ready for everyone early February. If I’ve caught your attention and you’d like to know more of the finer details shoot me a message.
