I have just a couple of last spots available for my 3-day healing retreat (27–30 November) here in the Snowies — open to men and women.
This retreat is for anyone who feels like they need a reset before the end of the year — time to breathe, reconnect, and feel genuinely supported.
I’ve been running retreats for over 10 years, with 30 years in the health, fitness and wellness space, and I always love to host these weekends for our local community.

I’ve opened a very limited local-only opportunity for this final retreat of the year.If you’re from the Snowy Monaro and have been thinking about coming, now is the moment.
