🦄Introducing my new ten week inner glow program. Special introductory price, places limited 🥰
✨Week one - An in-depth session discovering everything we need to know, from digestion to sleep right through to stress and emotional hold ups. This week will include a full traditional face reading, a systems diagnosis, a full body and face treatment
✨ Week two - from here we take feed back from your first week, a full body and face treatment, introducing facial cupping and gua-sha.
✨Weeks three - eight - by now you’re well into the swing of acupuncture. You’ll be feeling and looking better and really ready to make some positive changes. During this time we will start to consider lifestyle changes outside of the treatment room to help get, and keep that glow.
✨Weeks nine & ten - during these sessions I’ll be teaching you some at home techniques for a daily gua sha ritual. Any underlying issues should be beginning to abate, fine lines and wrinkles reduced, glowing from the inside out

✨Low progesterone can make it harder for the body to sustain a healthy menstrual cycle or early pregnancy. It often shows up as short cycles, premenstrual spotting, mood changes, or difficulty sleeping.

🪷Manage stress Chronic stress raises cortisol, which can steal from the same pathways used to make progesterone. Rest, breathwork, and acupuncture all help calm the nervous system and rebalance hormones.
🍳Support ovulation Progesterone is made after ovulation, so anything that promotes regular, healthy ovulation helps. This includes balanced blood sugar, adequate healthy fats, and good sleep.
🥑Nourish with key nutrients –Foods rich in zinc, vitamin B6, and magnesium (like leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and whole grains) help your body make and use progesterone effectively.
