Happy New Year!

The City of Sydney has fireworks scheduled for 9pm and midnight. At 11pm we will pause for a moment of unity and a minute of silence out of respect to the victims and communities affected. From 11pm to 11:05pm, the Sydney Harbour Bridge will glow white. The pylons will be illuminated with a projected image of a menorah, the word ‘peace’ and during this time everyone is invited to turn on their mobile phone torch as a symbol of solidarity.
