✅️Body brushing!! If you haven't jumped on the b.b wagon here is your sign. So many benefits & feel good factor is high!
✅️ Native creamy cleanser: acts as a mask when left on for 5 mins or so, smooths with it's papaya enzyme, acts as a medium for you to go to town with some facial massage releasing muscel tension, working on the lymphatics to detoxification and increase blood flow for upping cellular processes & glow!

Fill your sink ( or Tibetan singing bowl like I do :) and enjoy the aromatherapy benfits... soak your face cloth & press into the skin creating a beautiful skin benefiting compress.
✅️Almond Oil: scalp, hair & body treatment. Apply before the shower. Apply to the scalp & hair + body. Give yourself a scalp massage and body brush over the oil. Get into the shower & wash your hair as usual. Rinse off the oil on your body but only body wash where necessary as to leave on some that glorious nutritive goodness. Pat dry with your towel.
