12 years. Countless laughs. A few happy tears. And our biggest class ever - 16 legends showing up and showing out 🐝💛

This group is so much more than a fitness class to me. We've Zoomed through COVID, danced outside when we couldn't be indoors, and shown up for each other through every season of life. They've cheered me on through my marriage breakdown, my kids' dramas, new beginnings - and everything in between.

They are my adopted aunties. My cheerleaders. My people. 🐝

I don't just teach this class. I am filled up by it every single time I walk through that door.

To every single one of you - thank you for 12 incredible years.
