This photo was taken not long after I started my yoga teaching journey. It was taken at a local spot where I used to teach outdoors on the jetty over a lake. I believe in life, nothing happens by chance and there is no such thing as coincidence. Everything happens to us for a reason, a time and a place. Our journey is OUR journey. Often things don’t make sense but as time heals and we move forward the unravelling of our experience makes sense.
To me, white feathers are a sign from my angels and the universe that I am on the right path. I speak to my angels and ask them for guidance regularly and know that I am divinely guided in this life!

So excited to share some upcoming dates for Yin Yoga classes.
The classes will run for 75 minutes. They will be a full Yoga experience with Young Living essential oils, Angel cards and hands-on healing. All family members and partners are welcome.

❤️🙏Gratitude Post🙏❤️
I am feeling humbly grateful to be able to teach my first face-to-face Queensland class to 38 beautiful ladies. I’ve been really enjoying the Queensland life and enjoying being a student again at Physie. The time was right to start my yoga classes again and I am truly grateful for the opportunity and experience. I knew that I missed teaching but today brought all the feels and emotions out in me and I didn’t realise how much I missed it. Really looking forward to teaching some more classes over the coming months. Keep an eye out as I will post some more dates tomorrow. Everyone is welcome.

There is always so much sparkle where the magic happens!!
I have always loved this image. I think the first time I saw it was around 2011 when I decided to do my Fitness instructor course. Showing up for yourself, stepping out of your comfort zone into vulnerability is always where the magic happens. Get comfortable with being uncomfortable!! ✨

Never gets old!

We all LOVE feeling comfortable! But unfortunately the true magic happens when you step out of your comfort zone into vulnerability! When we open to complete vulnerability, this is where we shift & massive growth happens. Doesn’t always feel nice hence that would be comfortable right!?
If you’ve been thinking about doing that thing, whether big or small step out of your comfort zone and give it a go!! 🌈
What’s the worst that could happen?
Failure?
Learning?
Growth?
Sometimes we have to fail more than once to get it right! 💫
One small step could create something huge 😊
