Initially, when I looked at this card, I saw opportunities and choices. As I kept looking at it, I could see that all the doors were on the one big tree. As the tree grows, another door can be added.

If you have picked this card today, you may feel pressured to make a choice around a situation, but do you really have to? Others may want you to. However, the choices and opportunities that are available to you now are a result of your hard work. If in relation to career, you could diversify or collaborate and have more than one option. Hi I'm Jenny and I am passionate about, and have extensive experience in helping peoples to positively transform their lives and reach their potential and have been doing this for over 13 years now. I am a Kinesiologist, Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, Art Therapist, Author, Life Coach, Theta Healing Practitioner, Public Speaker and Teacher. I recognise each of my clients as individuals who are at different stages in their lives, from different cultures, with different beliefs and perceptions. For this reason, when you see me for a treatment I will draw on all of my skills and experience and personalise your experience to meet your individual needs.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology (kin-easy-ology), is a non-invasive treatment that combines Ancient Eastern knowledge of energy pathways with Western knowledge of physiology and anatomy and muscle monitoring. Muscle monitoring is a gentle technique that allows me as your therapist the ability to access bio-feedback from your body and identify where imbalances and energetic blockages are occurring.

After identifying energetic blockages within the body, muscle monitoring is performed to identify the best technique (also known as corrections) for your body to clear the blockage and restore balance. There are many corrections that range from visualisation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, meridian techniques, muscle manipulation, neuro vascular points, acupressure points and many more. When balance is restored, health is restored.
