Otoplasty is a procedure I often perform for patients who feel their ears sit too far from the head or impact overall facial balance.

While it’s sometimes called ‘ear pinning’, the approach is highly individualised, focused on position, shape, and symmetry.

This procedure can help reduce prominence, reshape the ear, or correct asymmetry.
