I help women who believe they can't lose weight, LOSE WEIGHT!!! I'm a dietitian & eating psychology coach, who's also studied naturopathy, health coaching, life coaching and hypnotherapy. my 20's and early 30's in Melbourne (Australia), before completing my qual's to be a dietitian. I've mostly worked in private practice, but pre-Covid I ran cooking classes in Sydney, I've worked as a writer for Healthy Food Guide magazine, presented on weekend television and do some work for the Maggie Beer Foundation. After nearly 20 years working as a dietitian I've observed that most people know what to do. What they struggle with is being able to actually DO it! The obstacles that are standing between you and having the body you want. Let's face it, we don't need more information, we need to know how to get out of our own darn way! And that's what I specialise in. I love helping smart, successful women ditch diets and restriction, reconnect to their Perfect Gauge and find their happy weight. And I’d love to show you how too. Your Thoughts Aren’t Always the Truth 🧠💭

Your brain spits out thoughts all day long.
Some helpful, some… not so much.

But just because a thought pops into your head
doesn’t mean it’s true.

Ever caught yourself thinking:
🚩 “I’ve already stuffed up today, so what’s the point?”
🚩 “I have no self-control around food.”
🚩 “I’ll never figure this out.”

These thoughts feel real—like facts.
But they’re just stories your brain tells, often on repeat.

The problem with believing them is…
Your thoughts shape how you feel.
And how you feel determines what you do.

So what happens after telling yourself I stuffed up, I have no self-control, or I'll never figure this out?
Pretty likely, you’ll find yourself in the pantry looking for something… anything… to escape that critical voice in your head.

Next time a thought like this pops up, pause and ask:
👉 Is this actually true?
👉 Could there be another way to see this?

Because thoughts are just thoughts—
You don’t have to believe everything you think. 💛
