I help women who believe they can't lose weight, LOSE WEIGHT!!! I'm a dietitian & eating psychology coach, who's also studied naturopathy, health coaching, life coaching and hypnotherapy. And in my spare time I devour books, podcasts, TED talks and anything else I can get my hands on about the brain and the mind. Here's a bit of my life history: I ran a very successful cafe & catering business in
my 20's and early 30's in Melbourne (Australia), before completing my qual's to be a dietitian. I've mostly worked in private practice, but pre-Covid I ran cooking classes in Sydney, I've worked as a writer for Healthy Food Guide magazine, presented on weekend television and do some work for the Maggie Beer Foundation. After nearly 20 years working as a dietitian I've observed that most people know what to do. What they struggle with is being able to actually DO it! The obstacles that are standing between you and having the body you want. Let's face it, we don't need more information, we need to know how to get out of our own darn way! And that's what I specialise in. I love helping smart, successful women ditch diets and restriction, reconnect to their Perfect Gauge and find their happy weight. And I’d love to show you how too.
