- Athletes with prior groin injuries are 𝟐.𝟒 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 likely to encounter the same issue again (Esteve et al, 2021).
- Enhanced strength in hip adductors can reduce injury risk by 𝟑𝟓%.
- An 8-week adductor strengthening program resulted in a remarkable 41% decrease in groin pain (Harøy et al, 2019).
