Mark’s yoga journey began in the ‘90s at a Les Mills Body Balance class with his mum, sparking a lifelong passion for movement and mindfulness.

His classes blend mindfulness, acceptance, and joy with a strong, intentional physical practice — guiding students to embrace the present moment.
