Purposeful Ageing Solutions is a recently founded Independent healthcare business that provides home and community care services for elderly and disabled clients in the Macarthur, Campbelltown and surrounding suburbs. We provide loan staff (Personal Care Workers, Endorsed/Enrolled Nurses and Registered Nurses) to NDIS and Home and Community health organisations experiencing personnel shortages, increased workloads, or needing to serve newly onboarded clients until their permanent staff return from leave or permanent healthcare personnel are employed. As a Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse overseeing this business, we offer various services from personal care to complex medical needs such as catheter care and advanced care planning.
