Get natural sunlight within 30-60 min of waking ☀️

This ONE thing:
✓ Sets your cortisol awakening response (hello, natural energy!)
✓ Starts your melatonin timer for tonight’s sleep
✓ Regulates your body temp rhythm
✓ Signals “safety” to your nervous system

Even 5-10 minutes on a cloudy day works.

However…Through a window doesn’t count…you need those full spectrum wavelengths.
