By using the wall and a chair to recenter my physical awareness, the pain has disappeared and my posture has improved significantly. I can sense that Iโ€™ll be able to perform those โ€˜impossibleโ€™ moves soon. Iโ€˜m committed to staying consistent without rushing.

The more I practice, the more my vulnerable areas stand out, which makes me focus more on stability. Things like my externally rotated femur, shoulder instability from a past injury, and the habit of keeping my abdomen constantly tensed. My lower back is slow to recover, but Iโ€™m still grateful to be able to sweat and practice again.
