G R A T I T U D E
The word itself is bandied about, often with no thought or feeling about the actual practice of gratitude.
Start small. Appreciate that sip of hot tea on a cold wintry day. The sun on your face. The blue colour of the sky. Birdsong. Friendships. The rain (yes we can have gratitude for rain!). The sound of the ocean. Music.
Itโs how you choose to look at life. When times are tough, find just one little thing you are grateful for. It does make a difference.
