If you so one thing for yourself this weekend buy yourself a journal.
Iโve journaled for about 7 years now and have kept them all. Some day Iโm going to sit down and read the old ones and no doubt I will have a great laugh at myself.

2. Christmas can bring up positive and negative feelings for you. As fun as it is it can be a stressful time to balance social life, presents, cost, visiting everyone as well as keep on top of your health and fitness. What are my 3 non negotiables during this busy time?
Examples: 2 workouts a week, 1 hour to myself a day, 2 runs a week, 1 fitness class a week.. etc
2. Imagine your ideal health and fitness routine during the festive season. What specific actions can you take to stay active, make nutritious choices, and maintain a healthy balance between celebration and well-being? Write out your ideal week Monday to Sunday.
