A tip for you. I take the time to sit in a quiet space & with a journal, I write & draw what comes to mind. Sometimes it’s helpful to create a vision board with words & photos on it & put it where you can see it on a daily basis.
Then just go out into the world everyday & feel happy. Do things that lift your spirits & make you feel good within yourself.
Stay focused on your dreams & each day take the steps of action to what you want to focus on for your life. Give it time, patience & keep the faith 🙏❤️

How do you start your day?
Do you start the day by jumping out of bed & rushing around to prepare yourself for work, daily tasks, school for the kids?
It is so easy to fall into the ground hog day pattern as one morning blurs into the next. Don’t get me wrong , I do think routine is important.
Ending the day with stillness.
How do you end your day?
Do you end your day feeling exhausted after rushing around, watching late night TV? Caught up in many tasks of the day. This is typically many people’s daily lives.
Before we know it we are stuck. Stuck in a continuous cycle of doing the same thing over & over again. Reprieve comes on the weekends for some, a day of from work, an exciting event to attend and the annual holiday break.
So many people are feeling anxious & depressed without any meaning or purpose within themselves & sometimes their daily lives.
I have been this person & sometimes I still am. It is the humanness of things, it is the way it is.
So what have I learnt to do differently?
Taking time for the quiet. Starting & ending the day with quiet reflection time. Taking moments throughout the day, even if a few minutes to observe the moments & take time out for sitting & doing nothing at all.
At times I’ve found quiet time to drive me crazy as my mind is off on a tangent & wanting time do so many tasks or my body does not want to sit still.
Recently I took time out to sit & do nothing for 2 hours. And I must admit I did struggle.
So the reminder is to start slowly. Start by taking small moments of time to be quiet.
Start & end your day with quiet time. Take time out during the day, even if a few minutes here & there.
Take that time for yourself. Because it is in these quiet times that things slow down, you will feel more calmness. You will hear & be guided by your intuition.
When tuned into the space of quiet, your own inner guidance will support you in what to do next. Whether it be a task or something purposeful.

I am drinking one of my favourite brewed teas this morning. Fresh slices of ginger, lemon squeezed or bottled substitute & Manuka honey melted in.
Love love love, healing teas. Great for detoxing & health. I got onto this mixture 3 years ago when I had the worst chest cough & phlegm. ( it truly helped me).
sometimes it can be difficult to find the flowers in the large field of weeds. We all have days where we may feel less than excited to jump out of bed & embrace the day. And that is perfectly ok. It is the little things that count. Looking for & noticing the flowers amongst the weeds. No matter what thoughts or emotions arise or feelings of anxiety, confusion, feeling lost. There are always bright flowers surrounding you. It could be a loved one, a pet, the sunshine, the butterflies & feeling the wind on your face. The gentle reminders amongst a world full of challenges. The small reminders that life is precious & we are blessed in many ways. There will be times in our life that we experience circumstances that affect us being able to see the beauty of things. Allowing time to heal & care for ourselves is an important process. Sometimes we simply have to sit in a field of weeds & embrace them. Accept the weeds as well. In time, with the support, love & care & a gentle self healing & transition process, the sun will shine bright & you will see the flowers once more 🙏❤️ 🌺

The Spiritual Search. Does it become a Spiritual Addiction?
When I was starting out on my spiritual search I felt the energy within me propel me into looking into so many weird and wonderful spiritual modalities & treatments. If I was driving past a spiritual shop then I had to stop & go inside. Once inside the shop I would have to experience a reading, a healing, buy a book, some crystals, sage smudge sticks & more. I was craving for knowledge of the mental, physical, emotional world & healing as well as the spiritual world and connection.
Nothing could stop me on my search. I became connected with a reiki master at a Mind, Body Spirit Festival. Christine was my first spiritual mentor. I was attuned to all levels of reiki in a few short months in what felt like a quantum speed of light experience. I felt elated, I felt free but at times I felt very ungrounded & disconnected from my physical body. At times I found it difficult to function & focus on the tasks at hands. I remember driving around one day with the navigation system on in my car & I still managed to get lost, as I could not follow the directions. ( I was better with paper road maps anyway).
Did my spiritual search become an addiction? Well yes it absolutely did. I was addicted to the elated feeling that I received when I was able to tune into energy & connection with other realms apart from the human earth dense reality & mental, emotional & physical struggles.
Did my spiritual search help me?
Absolutely it did. It gave me a sense of purpose & realisation that there was more to my reality than I imagined & I could connect beyond the human experience.
The key to moving through the spiritual search & spiritual addiction phase?
It’s about balance. Having your head in heaven & your feet on earth. Have the connection within yourself & the universal consciousness, practice & share your wisdom with yourself & others through spiritual practices. Remember to stay grounded and connected in the physical world and the earth. Spend time outdoors in nature as well.
There are so many paths you can follow when having a spiritual awakening & being propelled into the journey & the search. It has taken me 15 years to learn on so many levels. They key is to get to the integration stage, which sometimes takes support from someone who is also doing this work a little further ahead on the journey.

It is that crazy time of year where we have been shifted through the Christmas day rush and are now sitting in the in - between of the build up to the New Years Eve heightened celebrations. It is a great time to get outside and spend time in nature. Trees are one of my favourite elements of nature to connect with. I love the energy boost that I receive from connection with the tree's energy. Just sitting below a tree and connecting your hands on the tree trunk and closing your eyes and breathing in the energy can immediately give you a feeling of calm and feeling grounded in your physical body.
So, if you don't mind people walking past in your local park while you are literally hugging a tree and possibly being called a tree hugging spiritual hippie lol, then I highly recommend it. Allow yourself to feel the serenity and connection today.

It is a beautiful sunshine & windy kind of day today. The perfect time to clear the energy inside the home. We have had alot of energy coming & going inside our home with tradespeople. It was a timely reminder to keep the energy clear and high vibrational.

Give yourself permission to do nothing. Today the sun is shining outside and I have so many things that I need to do, want to do, feel that I have to do.
I’m being pulled into action mode. My intuition and my soul is guiding me to sit outside in the sunshine and fresh air and enjoy it. Listen to the birds, feel the sun on my skin.
Yet, my physical body does not want to sit still and the thoughts keep flowing in my mind and ranting on about all the things I need to do.
Yet, I still sit and allow this process. A time of reflection. A moment to just be present to what is surrounding me in the here and now. The past and future don’t exist, it’s only NOW!
I have had a history of ignoring my intuition and pushing through my day, weeks, months until my mind literally drives me crazy from the continuous thoughts. As well as hitting complete physical burnout and exhaustion.
And now I take the time to listen, to sit and be still before it gets to this point.

MY STORY.....
In 2007 I experienced a conscious shift of awakening. This experience left me feeling confused & lost within myself. My psychic intuitive & medium & healing abilities emerged & I had challenges with this integration & transition process. Feeling imbalanced & ungrounded, it took a long time, of searching, learning, integrating & many times of feeling like I was going Crazy moments. Overtime this became my new norm, as I embraced my authentic self & my calling & purpose in the world. Now I am a teacher for others, to those who have also awakened to the truth of who they are. Its ok to be your authentic self. I love my authentic self, as I have now learnt to harness my abilities & I use them to enhance my own life & to support others on a similiar journey.
