                                        🌞The warmer days are here and that means paying attention to hydration is even more important.  
💧As your body starts to become dehydrated it diverts hydration to essential organs and your joints, including your spine, are neglected.  
💦Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, enjoying some refreshing, juicy fruit and staying cool can help you stay hydrated this summer.
⛔️Remember sugary, caffeinated and alcoholic beverages do not help with hydration so, while we all enjoy a beverage by the lake, be sure to give your body what it needs so you can enjoy an active, healthy summer.
