🌞The warmer days are here and that means paying attention to hydration is even more important.

💧As your body starts to become dehydrated it diverts hydration to essential organs and your joints, including your spine, are neglected.

💦Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day, enjoying some refreshing, juicy fruit and staying cool can help you stay hydrated this summer.

⛔️Remember sugary, caffeinated and alcoholic beverages do not help with hydration so, while we all enjoy a beverage by the lake, be sure to give your body what it needs so you can enjoy an active, healthy summer.

Hi everyone! My name is Stacia Forrest and I am a Registered Massage Therapist at Strong Chiropractic in North Sydney. I recently graduated with honours from the 2200 hour massage therapy program at Island Career Academy. I am committed to providing professional and personalized care to each client, tailoring my treatments to address specific concerns and conditions while promoting healing.

I am so happy to be starting my career at strong and I am looking forward to meeting clients and leaving them with a comfortable and relaxing experience while assisting them to relieve pain/tension and achieve balance.
