✨ Create & Meditate Women’s Circle ✨ SYDNEY
Drummoyne Community Centre | Tuesdays 4 & 11 November | 7:30pm

For anyone wishing to join next week’s women’s circle, please RSVP through the event link below. Our circles are intentionally kept small, and numbers are capped.

Over the next two weeks, we’ll be exploring the wisdom of self-compassion and the art of letting go—how this gentle practice can open pathways to deep healing.

We’ll also be painting a beautiful owl over two sessions, symbolising wisdom and inner knowing. For this reason, if you can, please plan to attend both weeks to complete your piece.

These circles have been incredibly empowering—not only for me as a facilitator but for the many beautiful women who’ve joined over the past three gatherings. A sense of community and sisterhood is developing in a safe sacred space… something so many have said they’ve been missing.

You’ll be invited to listen, share (only if you wish), meditate, play, and paint in a warm, nurturing space.

If you feel called to join us, please do. There’s a $15 donation to help cover session costs, though it’s not compulsory.

And if you’re feeling a little unsure or anxious about coming along—reach out. Every woman who’s attended has said how welcomed and included they felt during the sessions.

Permission to Not Keep Up

You don’t have to match the world’s pace to matter.
You don’t have to post every thought, chase every update, or optimize every moment.

If everyone’s moving fast, it’s okay to move slow.
If everyone’s documenting, it’s okay to simply live it.
If everyone’s shouting, it’s okay to whisper — or stay quiet altogether.

This isn’t about rejecting the world. It’s about remembering you don’t have to run yourself into the ground trying to belong to it. Let the world spin without you for a while. It’ll still be there when you’re ready — and you might return with more of you intact.

✨🌿 Create & Meditate Women’s Circles 🌿✨

I’m beyond excited to share that we have found our official venue for the Create & Meditate Women’s Circle — and wow… it’s truly magical. 💫

This beautiful community room sits in a stunning park, with peaceful water views in the distance. The moment I stepped in, I knew the energy was just right for holding space for connection, creativity, and healing.

While we finalise the logistics, I’ll be hosting two intimate introductory sessions (max 6 women each) on:

These gatherings are an invitation to come together as conscious souls, to pause, share, and create in a circle where gratitude and connection are the focus.
