Qualified to teach all forms of yoga, Jacqui specialises in the practice and teaching of Vinyasa Flow - a form of yoga that develops cardiovascular strength, muscular endurance, strength and flexibility in a rhythmic flow. Inspired by the teaching of Shiva Rea, Jacqui's classes offer her unique interpretation of the rejuvenating Trance Dance meditation which promotes mindfulness, breaks through physical and energetic blockages and creates a more positive relationship with your body.
Recently, Jacqui has participated in Animal Flow Level 1 Workshop and looking to graduate as Animal Flow Level 1 Instructor. Created by Mike Fitch, Animal Flow is a trademarked bodyweight program that’s centered largely around ground-based work. It features animal-style movements that encourage core stability and strength, joint strength, and body awareness — all without any fitness equipment.
Flow with Jacqui is more than a series of poses to stretch and tone your muscles - it is a celebration of the flow and energy of life!

ABOUT PRANA VINYASA
Prana Vinyasa Flow, created by Shiva Rea, is a transformational system that offers a progression of full-spectrum vinyasa for beginners to experienced practitioners from the dynamic and positively challenging to rejuvenating. Integrating the roots of Yoga, Ta**ra, Ayurveda, and Bhakti with evolutionary vinyasa, Prana Vinyasa is a synthesis Movement Alchemy system for living the flow of yoga.
We will experience the “fourth level” of prana flow (after foundation, elemental and chakra) that cultivates the power of alchemical yoga that is sequenced in harmony with the energetic state of the day for activation, healing, and rejuvenation to bring balance and “juice” to your practice, teaching and life.
ABOUT RASA VINYASA – Circular Prana Flow & Movement Alchemy
Rasa is the self-testing the Self – Sri Abhinavagupta
Rasa has many beautiful meanings: in the arts, rasa is the transforming “taste” that brings inner satisfaction to the beauty of dance, music or painting. Within yoga and Ayurveda, rasa is our “inner juice” associated with longevity, joy, devotion, and flexibility. Without rasa, it is said, our experience of yoga and life, becomes “dry, rigid, routine”.
Experience a full-spectrum yoga practice intensive into the art of Rasa – realization, and sequencing to your life – integrating the essential understanding of embodying rasa from ta**ra, the arts, and Ayurveda.
Rasa Vinyasa is exploring three consummate rasas: Vira (strength, potency), Sringara (divine love and sensuality) and Shanti (living peace).
All levels welcome.
ABOUT ANIMAL FLOW Created by Mike Fitch, Animal Flow is a trademarked bodyweight program that’s centered largely around ground-based work. It features animal-style movements that encourage core stability and strength, joint strength, and body awareness — all without any fitness equipment.
“If yoga and Capoeira were to have a baby, it would look like animal flow,” explains Lau. “The idea behind animal flow is it develops mobility as well as power.”
The workout features a structured series of animal-style movements that are linked together to form a flow. These exercises are grouped into six different components: wrist mobilisations (simple exercises to increase the flexibility and strength of your wrists), activations (static holds performed to connect the body before starting practice), form specific stretches (full body stretches that start in an animal form and then move through a wide range of motion), travelling forms (exercises that mimic the movements of animals), switches (the dynamic movements that create the “flow”) and flow (everything is combined into a fluid sequence).

YIN FLOW YOGA class Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Yin Flow is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses and flowing to the soothing rhythm of some Yin and Meditation music. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release.
Yin yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body, the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. With the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. This class will compliment your Vinyasa Flow practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching.
All levels welcome.
RESTORATIVE YOGA Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. If you take a restorative class, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary yoga.
Most yoga classes are an active practice in which you move from pose to pose, building heat and increasing your strength and flexibility in equal measure. The general trend in yoga is toward more athletic and acrobatic styles of practice.
During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. Restorative classes are very mellow, making them a good complement to more active practices and an excellent antidote to stress.
All levels welcome.
