Hi, my name is Ivonne and I am the founder of Easi with Ivonne.

As a certified Health Coach, I work with women who have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis or other autoimmune diseases who are looking for ways to manage their condition naturally and holistically and without disease-modifying drugs.

I also work with women who are struggling with perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms who want to regain their energy and drive.

Together we look at all aspects of optimal health and well-being and work out how lifestyle and stress, nutrition and supplementation, exercise and movement, rest, relaxation and sleep and mindset and behavior can support you in your healing and recovery.

I offer a 'How to manage your Multiple Sclerosis naturally' online workshop, and in-person and virtual individual and group coaching sessions.
