Today we are supporting a dear friend of mine, Chris Barton on his mission to raise awareness for youth mental health. Come and join us tomorrow (Sunday 7th) for a walk around the Blacktown Olympic Stadion athletics oval. The event finishes at 3 pm. Evan and Sam have joined me in supporting the brave walkers on their quest to walk for 30 hours straight (200km!!).

Hi fam! My name is Sam and I have been a part of Optimal Health Hub family since last year. It has been my privilege to help people with injuries and dysfunctions.

I see people from all stages of life. I have a big passion in helping the athletes. I currently see national level sprinters, professional bodybuilders, CrossFitters, Volleyball athletes, AFL players and more. I am a CrossFitter myself and I believe I can relate to the sporting community better as I compete as well.
