I’m Kate 👋🏼 I’m a fully qualified naturopath in Sydney, Australia with a magic touch (from deeply personal experience) for all things hormones and women’s health.

I like to explain how things work. I like detail because I think the minutiae is exquisite and believe our quirks and differences are what makes us so incredible. I love to write and talk about navigating womanhood ... but especially about women’s hormonal health from cycle and period problems like endometriosis, PCOS and amenorrheoa to mood swings, adrenal and thyroid imbalances and peri-menopause. I see clients across the globe via Skype and work with hand-crafted, specifically tailored herbal medicines, supplements, nutrition, functional pathology, diet and lifestyle, methylation and MTHFR and epigenetics right through to mindbody awareness and intuitive guidance.
