Pregnancy Yoga ....
A 4 week group focusing on postures and breathing practices for labour, birth and beyond.
Starts 14th February on Saturdays @ 3pm.

Yoga starts back for 2015 from Saturday the 17th January.
There have been a few tweaks to some classes:

Mon- 930am
Tues- 6pm pilates (book now- starts feb)
Thurs- 6pm
Sat- 7am
