We use a mix of moderate intensity resistance training, low-moderate impact cardio exercise, and balance & coordination movements for a holistic group exercise class.

🔸Start of Session Warm-Up🔸
Our warm-ups are designed so that you can have piece of mind in the fact that your body will be primed for the workout and you will gain the best results possible for the effort you put into our sessions.
We utilise some mobility and stability exercises to help ensure you are fit, able & pain free in your daily activities.
🔸The Main Workout 🔸
Our sessions are meticulously crafted to include all the key areas of health and function. Here are some of the components we include:
👉Cardiovascular Exercise: to improve your cardiovascular system and reduce the risk of cardiorespiratory diseases.
👉Core & Stability: to increase your body control & reduce the risk of falling.
👉Strength & Mobility: to increase bone density & reduce the risk and impact of sarcopenia, osteoporosis, and other degenerative diseases.
👉Agility & Cognitive Function Exercise: to improve body control, body awareness & mental sharpness.

At the end of our sessions we take our groups through a full body strengthening routine to help them stay mobile and agile in their daily activities.
