Sorry for being a little MIA lately — I’ve been soaking up every moment at the Quilt NSW show in Rosehill! 🧵💖

It was such a joy to spend time at the beautiful Bella Fabrics stand with the lovely Jeannie — thank you for having me! ✨

I absolutely loved chatting with so many of you — your stories, creativity, and kindness made it such a special time. 💛

It was great to see so many fabulous quilts hanging. Huge congratulations to Sue Cody for Best in Show! There is just as much fabulous work on the back of her quilt as there is on the front! The more I studied, the more I’m sure those appliquéd birds have cheeky attitudes! What a labour of love! 🦜💕

It’s so lovely to be able to sit and stitch for a little while. I’m playing with some hexagons, not sure what the overall plan is yet but just stitching is food for the soul 💕

💗Spent a few hours at today with my daughter. What a great show with so many beautiful quilts. I would have taken more photos if I didn’t talk so much!😂 It was lovely catching up with and meeting so many beautiful people all sharing the same love for needle and thread. The last photo is a fabulous finish by Sue 💗💃💃 Last day of the show tomorrow - there’s still time for you to pop in for a look and a touch of retail therapy!

💃Good news! My is all but finished! - it’s had a last minute border change and while I’m waiting for the new fabric to arrive I have begun a new quilt 🤗 some appliqué on this romantic and gorgeous floral - I hope it looks as good when it’s done as it does in my head!🤪 we will see🤞

Picked the Golden Delicious apples - this crop is from one of our dwarf trees 🍏
