The short and long term ramifications are and will be immense
Our role in educating everyone we see as to future musculoskeletal problems has never been more pertinent.
This is an opportunity to educate and advise those who spend time using devices

I have begun a 4 week workshop with a small group of clients.
We have begun a basic understanding of the Voice Dialogue technique and the benefits to health, relationships and the self.
The exploration allows us to fully appreciate the inner sabotage patterns that we carry around.
These sabotage patterns begin very early in our lives.
It is a fascinating journey with exceptional benefits to the individual and the group as a whole.
