Living Well and Feeling Part of a Community

At Pathways Residences, we believe that growing older should be accompanied by dignity, comfort, and a genuine sense of belonging. As a boutique aged care organisation, we are proud to provide excellence in aged care, accommodation, and services to older Australians.

Opening soon, Pathways Longueville represents our vision to deliver world-class aged care in the heart of the North Shore.

Designed to support wellbeing, independence, and connection, this new residence is nearing completion, with construction continuing to progress across all levels.

Here’s what’s happening on site:
👉The architectural awning along Northwood Road is nearing completion, with cladding scheduled to finish by the end of July.

👉 Carpets have been installed in residential rooms on Levels 2 and 3, with rooms undergoing final cleaning and services testing.

👉Landscaping has commenced on the rear communal outdoor terraces, creating green, peaceful spaces that border the native bush reserve.

👉 Granite paving along Northwood Road will begin mid-July, providing a refined and accessible streetscape.

👉 The main lobby terrazzo tiling is being installed, bringing elegance and warmth to the entry experience.

👉The solar panel system has been fully commissioned, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

Pathways Longueville will also be home to the Longueville Health & Wellbeing Hub, a vibrant community on the ground floor featuring a GP clinic, pharmacy, hydrotherapy pool, Pilates studio, allied health rooms, boutique grocery store, café, and hairdresser.

Together, these features will support a thriving, connected community—where residents, families, and locals can live well, feel supported, and stay engaged.
