Another success story from my client, Mr.S.
He came to me at 78.4kg, frustrated that exercise alone wasn’t helping him lose weight. Through my weight management program, he dropped to 69.9 kg (losing 8.5 kg / 19 lb)—despite taking two vacations and regularly dining out. He’s still maintaining a weight below 70 kg. ‘The successful key was learning how to choose the right foods and mastering portion control.’

This is the weight trend chart of one of my best clients. When I first saw her, she weighed 84.9 kg. She then lost weight down to 70 kg. After that, she was able to reduce further and maintain 65 kg on her own. Self Weight Management is the ultimate goal of my weight management program.
