12 months ago I wouldn't have believed how much healthier, happier, stronger and lighter I would be today.
I started menopause early at 42 and I had gained extra kilos (about 10 kg) and thanks to the menopause would have off days and felt energy zapped a lot (and a bit cranky!) - but figured it was all part of life and getting older.

But then Zing Wellbeing came along and I know it has helped 1000's of other women but it has also helped me and transformed not only my health and life but also the way I think about food and how we live - both physically and mentally and I have never felt better than I do today.

Before - I was stressed, bloated, 15kg over my normal weight, had no energy, was not sleeping well, had started perimenopause and felt totally RUBBISH.

Fast forward to today and I am:

✅Stronger
✅Not stressed
✅Happy

✅Menopause is under control
✅Am 15kg lighter

My flashback Friday!
👉1st pic (circa 2021) - I was unhappy, stressed, sleeping badly, focused on calories, focused on cardio in the gym, in perimenopause and had gained over 10kg
👉2nd pic (2025) - I am HAPPY, have removed the stress from my life, am sleeping well, do not focus on calories, focus on protein, gut health and nutrition, focus on weights in the gym, am in menopause and have lost over 10kg!
