What diet does everyone follow to combat menopause symptoms, in particular weight gain? Keto or Paleo?
Is it normal that once you have been on the hormone replacement medication you get very sore ni***es?? I have had them now for about a week ..
New to this page and hoping for some wise advice. Ive gone 1 year without a cycle now and have felt symptons of menopause for about 8 months. My dr put me on clonidine about september last year to help because i suffered migraines as a young adult and she felt this would be better than hrt to ensure i didnt stsrt getting them again now. A pharmacist questioned me collecting a script in january and said natural remedies are better and i should reduce tablets and then go off them. I reduced from 1 to a half tsblet morning and night which resulted in some sort of withdrawal jittery legs pacing room feeling so weird i went yo hospital where thry thought it was vertigo and gave me stematol which made me have a major body reaction like a druggie freaking out. We put this down to vertigo as diagnosed but a2 mths later i forgotyo take my am half tablet and had a similair weird reaction. So i concluded i cannot ever miss a tsblet again. Ive had the flu now for 18 days and have had no menopause symptoms while fluey but i was placed on antibiotics at day 13 as i was so sick. It was a 5 day script and last tsblet taken wednesdsy afternoon but ystdy afternoon nearly 24 hours after last tablet i had this same strange body reaction as if again coming down from a drug withdrawal aching legs restless feeling like erratic hesrtbeat but not and paced the house for hours. Has anybody else experienced these reactions and could it be clonidine or my body?
Hi just joined and awaiting my first order .. excited to get started and get some relief from menopause .. my next thing to do is loose weight and would like to hear from someone who deals with this and gut health ect .. so can get back on track and loss my gerth and stomach .. .. ..
I cannot thank you guys enough. Especially Hayley. 2 months ago I was weighing in at 100kg and high sugar levels. Today Hayley called me to tell me that my sugar levels had dropped heaps in the 2 months and I’ve lost 13kg. This has helped my pre menopausal journey soo much. The support has been amazing. Would highly recommend you to all my friends whom are also walking the same journey as me. ❤️
I'm 54 and single, in the last year fallen hair hasnt been replaced , my eyelids are droopy and I'm getting so many age spots. Is it worth getting hormone replacement therapy for purely vanity reasons? If I had debilitating physical symptoms I wouldnt hesitate.🤔
Has anyone developed asthma when they've gone into menopause?
If so, tell me how you've managed it.
I've been with AMC for nearly 10 years, and the medication and Staff have been truly wonderful. I experienced instant relief, upon starting the treatment programme. The follow-up, service and assistance by Clinical and Case Managers has been exemplary! Thanks to all at AMC
I would like to thank all of the wonderful staff at AMC. A special thanks to one person in particular she has been amazing very patient, kind and caring.
I have had some days that were't so nice for me and Adrianne has been simply wonderful couldn't thank her enough.
She made sure to keep in touch, regularly and any worries I was having point me in the right direction so they could be attended to.
For me Menopause was like being hit by a brick wall, it simply turned my life upside down, I believe without the treatment I received I wouldn't be here today, I know that sounds extreme but the distress I felt was truly overwhelming as I had never experience this type of emotional sadness in all my life.
I am so! so! grateful for all the treatment help and support and would recommend AMC to those struggling with symptoms.
It gave me my life back. it's been 3 yrs since I started treatment and haven't looked back, for that I will be forever grateful.💕
I am 47 in a few days and going through menopause but I am prone to blood clots so taking medication is not advisable so I was wondering on suggestions on what I can take. The hot flushes are the worst

Our team is dedicated to providing our patients with the care and support to make their journey through a difficult time easier. Every woman is physiologically different and will also be at a different stage of menopause.

We will recommend a starting point for your treatment based on your medical history as well as your current symptoms. We encourage your regular feedback so that we can understand how best to address your symptoms over time. To this end, as part of your treatment program we make regular contact with you. Based on your feedback, relevant medical history and any investigation results, we will counsel

What Happens to Your Brain During the Menopause Transition?

Have you ever thought about the validity of associating menopause symptoms with the ovaries? Most people think of menopause symptoms & they think of the ovaries & I guess they are correct, but have you ever looked at how involved the brain is when you consider menopause symptoms.

Tips to Reduce Alcohol Intake🤩
Stress directly affects the amount of progesterone our body makes. The more stressed we are, the less progesterone we are able to make. This can lead to some unwanted side effects such as weight gain, mood swings, irregular menstrual cycle (and in some cases, even lack of a period) and breast tenderness.
