Puppy Yoga with Project Epic 💛
We recently hosted a Puppy Yoga class with Project EPIC, an organisation that supports people with disabilities through inclusive programs focused on connection, confidence and independence.

This session was about creating a calm, welcoming space where participants could slow down, connect and experience the joy of animal-assisted interaction 🐶

Moments like this are a reminder that Puppy Yoga is more than just cute puppies.
