💙Margaret’s Glasses 💙
As you may or may not know… I collect eyewear,better said …
I collect stories,Soul expressions…what i call Face Furniture😎
Each pair holds an imprint, a glimpse of the person who chose them,
the dreams they carried,
the way they saw the 🌍
and sometimes… the legacy they left behind 🫶🏼….
Last week, I was gifted Margaret’s glasses!
I never met Margaret in person,but I met her son, who gifted me her glasses and when someone like that walks into your life kind, grounded, quietly radiant and inspiring you know they were raised by someone extraordinary…
Margaret was no ordinary woman,there is power in her story, grace in her choices, love in her legacy 🦋
But let’s talk about the lenses…
These lenses are soft blue, a shade I usually associate with healing and intuition.
It’s almost as if Margaret chose them with foresight a future knowing as though they were meant to land on my face when the time was right …..Now
When I wear them, I don’t just see differently,
I feel different,more still, more seen more called to continue what she started whatever that may have been
Maybe she was a healer
Maybe she was the kind of woman who made everyone feel like they mattered
Maybe she never had the chance to fully live out her magic…..
But I doso, these glasses become an altar
a bridge between generations,
Between purpose and presence,
Between what was… and what can be🦋
To all who have ever loved someone who is no longer here may we continue to carry forward their beauty, their essence, their boldness.
