Most people try to quiet anxiety at the surface…
but anxiety doesn’t live in just one place.

It’s built in levels ⬇️

🔺 Top Level – What Shows Up
This is what most people notice first:

• Overthinking
• Worry loops
• Panic sensations
• Irritability
• Pulling away from situations

These are signals — not the root.

🟢 Middle Level – What’s Fueling It
Underneath, the brain is working overtime:

• Constantly scanning for threat
• Struggling with uncertainty
• Expecting danger before it appears
• Feeling out of control

🔵 Base Level – What Keeps It Going
At the foundation is a state, not a thought:

• Ongoing sense of unsafety
• Tension that never fully releases
• Stress without real recovery
• A nervous system stuck on high alert

When this level stays activated, anxiety rebuilds itself again and again.

✨ Real change happens from the bottom up.
When the body feels safe, the mind doesn’t have to stay on guard.

Anxiety doesn’t need more control —
it needs regulation.

You don’t need fixing.
You need safety, understanding, and gentleness.
Healing starts when you meet yourself with compassion instead of criticism. 💚
