One of the questions I hear most often is: “How can I protect myself from negative energies or from being drained by others?”

The answer? Detached empathy.

It’s something I had to master as a therapist — though I’ll admit, I learned it the hard way! I once carried energies that weren’t mine, wondering why I felt heavy or unbalanced. That’s when I realized: protecting your energy is not about shutting people out, but about staying rooted in your own light.

We are all swimming in a vast ocean of energy. Without self‑awareness and protection, other people’s vibrations can easily slip into your aura — your sacred space — and linger there. But when you practice detached empathy, you remain open, compassionate, and connected without absorbing what isn’t yours.

When someone around you feels anger, sadness, or fear — simply acknowledge it, breathe it out, and let it flow through you, not into you. Emotions are just energy in motion. You can hold space for others without taking on their emotional charge. They don’t need you to fix or carry their pain — they need your steady presence, compassion, and trust in their ability to heal and grow.

If you ever feel weighed down by energies that don’t belong to you, that’s your cue for a healing — a beautiful “energy cleanup” session to lighten and realign your field.

Remember, co‑dependence depletes, but unconditional love elevates. Its frequency is so high that nothing of a lower vibration can touch it. So love yourself fiercely. 🌟💫 Jack’s Journey - From Darkness to Light 💫🌟

Hello beloveds, I hope you’re all well! 🌿

A few weeks ago, Jack came to see me after ten long years of physical and emotional exhaustion. He’d been unable to work for half of that time, and every avenue he tried brought no answers. Doctors couldn’t find a cause.

When Jack mentioned he had spent a few years in Thailand and had turned to alcohol to escape a painful childhood, I sensed something deeper was at play. Through our conversation and my clairvoyant insight, I felt the unmistakable heaviness of black magic around him.

✨ A word about black magic:
Black magic isn’t some ancient superstition - it’s simply the use of energetic knowledge and spiritual law for self‑gain or control. It happens when someone understands how energy flows through our universe and chooses to manipulate that current to harm, influence, or reclaim a false sense of power, instead of facing their own pain. Thankfully, light aligned with love always prevails - the vibration of Divine truth is infinitely stronger than fear.

During Jack’s session, he lay comfortably on a futon within a powerful crystal grid, a sacred mandala configured to support interdimensional, or shamanic, journeying. The crystalline field amplifies consciousness, allowing clear access to the realms of spirit and deep cellular memory.

As he relaxed into the energy, the truth revealed itself. I saw dense, parasitic forms feeding on his life force. When I called upon the one responsible, an Asian black magician appeared; he had been paid to curse Jack. After a compassionate exchange in the spiritual realm, the magician agreed to release the spell. A radiant column of golden‑white Light descended, cleansing the energy field as all darkness dissolved.

Next came the energy of the person who had requested the curse - a former lover, wounded and angry. As her pain surfaced, forgiveness became the key. Guided gently by spirit, both souls reached peace. Ties and contracts were cleared, and after ten years of suffering, Jack was finally free. ✨

The relief and gratitude he felt were beyond words. For me, witnessing that shift - seeing someone reclaim their light and vitality after so many years - is one of the greatest joys of this work.

Because when one soul is healed, we all rise. We are, after all, One Light, One Love, One Spirit. 💖

🌸✨ Anna’s Journey - From Feeling Stuck to Divine Awakening ✨🌸

When Anna arrived, she told me she’d been feeling stuck for a long time. She had tried many ways to heal, but nothing seemed to shift. She also shared about a difficult, loveless relationship with her mother and a lifelong pattern of forgetting herself while caring for others. 💔

As she lay within the crystal mandala, she drifted into a deep, expanded state almost instantly. Her physical eyes closed… but her spiritual eye opened wide. 👁️✨

During her body scan, Anna felt a pricky sensation in her throat, tension in her lower back, and icy coldness around her feet. Each feeling held an old story waiting to be remembered and released.

🌿 In the first release, she saw hands around her throat - a woman strangling her. Diving deeper, she found herself in 1714, falsely accused of betrayal. In that moment of death, she had absorbed energies of injustice, jealousy, and grief that travelled with her through time. Together, we invited the woman’s spirit into the healing space, allowing forgiveness and release. As both souls returned to the Light, Anna’s throat energy cleared beautifully.

Next, sensations of heaviness appeared in her arms. She saw herself in a past life within an ancient culture that practised human sacrifice, surrounded by chanting figures who were restraining her. They were preparing to sacrifice her for her “pure light,” believing the gods would be pleased by such an offering. With compassion and courage, Anna forgave them and dissolved all contracts that kept that fear alive. Their ancestors arrived to guide them gently into the Light. 💫

Through this healing, Anna understood why she had unconsciously “sacrificed” herself in this lifetime. With each release, her energy lifted - clear, strong, and free.

When all was ready, her Higher Guidance came forward. It was Mother Mary - radiant, loving, and infinitely gentle. 🌹 The Divine Feminine enveloped Anna with a love so vast it felt beyond words. Mother Mary reminded her that a mother’s love for her child is pure, unconditional, and eternal. That love, all‑encompassing and ever‑present, now flowed directly into Anna’s heart. She wept in bliss as understanding and peace filled her being.

🌿✨ Mat’s Journey to Healing and Abundance ✨🌿

A little while ago, Mat came to see me because he was constantly struggling with money. He earned well, yet somehow it always slipped away. Since we are naturally abundant beings, just like nature itself, I knew there had to be an energetic block behind this pattern.

After a short chat, Mat relaxed into the crystal mandala. This grid gently guides clients into a deep, expanded state of consciousness where the wisdom of the body reveals energetic impressions from this life or others. Our cells remember everything, and unresolved trauma from long ago can keep us stuck in cycles of fear or lack until we finally release it.

As Mat began scanning his own energy, he felt a strange heaviness in his stomach and then saw a vivid scene unfold before him. He found himself in another time, the year 1815. In that life, he lived a comfortable and wealthy life with his own home and a secure sense of prosperity. One day, a friend visited asking for money. When Mat refused to give the full amount requested, an argument erupted. The man grew angry, pulled out an old-fashioned pistol, and shot him. Mat died cursing his friend, trapped in deep anger, grief, and betrayal.

Together we worked through this past life trauma, inviting understanding, compassion, and forgiveness. Forgiveness does not mean approving another’s behaviour; it frees the soul from old pain. As the session unfolded, the spirit of that man appeared, head bowed and filled with remorse. Mat found the strength to forgive, and in that moment, both souls were finally released. The man’s spirit was guided into the Light, and Mat’s energy filled with warmth, stillness and balance.

When the session ended, his whole field shone with the vibration of abundance restored. He later shared that the chronic pain in his stomach, exactly where he had been shot, had completely disappeared. His relationship with money also shifted naturally into harmony and flow.

Healing does not just change how we feel, it transforms how life responds to us 🙏🥰

Hello beloveds 🌸

A couple of weeks ago, I facilitated a fascinating session. Whenever someone feels blocked in love, it’s usually because past relationships—whether from this life or another—are still active energetically. These old attachments often come from control, possessiveness, or fear of letting go.

One example was Mary (name changed). She’s beautiful, successful, yet unable to sustain a relationship. During her session, as she entered an expanded state within the crystal grid, she saw energetic cords attached to her sacral energy. Following them, she recognized one connection leading to an ex‑partner who still wanted to “keep” her energetically, even though he’d moved on.

As we worked, Mary dissolved those cords and the old agreements from this current lifetime which were holding her. In doing so, she also released physical discomfort she’d carried for years. We filled the space with Divine Light and Love - and her relief was palpable.

Then another, heavier presence emerged - a man from 1874, linked to Mary through a lifetime where she’d been caught in an unhealthy exchange of power. He believed he "owned" her. Through understanding and forgiveness, Mary released that ancient bond and reclaimed full sovereignty over her own energy.

When the man realized he had passed long ago, his Guides helped him return to the Light. Mary’s tears turned into joy as her sacral center filled with radiant healing energy.

There is so much more to that journey - love never ends, but attachment can. Letting go truly opens the heart to freedom. 💫
