Male frogs exposed to a common pesticide… developed ovaries.
Some even produced eggs.
And this didn’t happen at extreme exposure…

It happened at levels found in drinking water.

Many pesticides are classified as endocrine disruptors, meaning they can interfere with hormones even at very low levels.
And we’re starting to see the impact:

Girls entering puberty at 10–11 instead of 13–14.
Hormonal shifts in boys, including earlier puberty and man boobs.
Rising fertility challenges.
Increasing hormone imbalances in women.
1 in 5 women now having a hysterectomy.

In this week’s episode: The Truth About Pesticides, Glyphosate & What You Actually Need to Know,
I break down:

The frog study
Glyphosate & pesticides
Gut, liver & hormone impacts
Where exposure is highest
Simple and easy ways to reduce exposure.

Fertility treatment is rising.
But so is infertility.
That should make us pause.
Because when more couples are trying…
more technology exists…
and yet conception is only getting harder…
It suggests something bigger is happening.
This isn’t just about age.
Or egg quality.
Or bad luck.
It’s about the environment we’re living in.
Inflammation.
Chemical exposure.
Chronic stress.
All quietly influencing fertility often without us realising.
And when we shift the conversation from blame to understanding,
everything starts to change.
This is a conversation more women deserve to hear.

Something is happening to women’s hormones.
And the data is hard to ignore:

• Girls are starting puberty 1–2 years earlier than previous generations
• Up to 13% of women now have PCOS with up to 70% undiagnosed
• 1 in 10 women are affected by endometriosis
• 1 in 6 couples now experience infertility
• 1 in 5 women will have a hysterectomy by midlife (US data)
• Many women are now experiencing 10–15 years of perimenopause symptoms

This isn’t one isolated issue.
This is a pattern.

And despite:
More medications
More fertility treatments
More hormonal interventions

Women’s hormonal health is still declining.

So maybe the question isn’t:
What’s wrong with our hormones?
Maybe it’s:
Why is this happening in the first place?

I break this down in EP29 of Heal Your Gut. Heal Your Life:
The Hidden Root Cause Behind PCOS, Heavy Periods, Perimenopause
and Hormonal Chaos.
