How To Train Your Brain To Show You Clearer Messages From The Other Side Via Your Intuition!

The Nervous System is made up of Neurones that are specialised cells which send signals to every other system in your body including your organs from the brain. This determines how you perceive the world, as everyone has their own set of circumstances in life no person is identical in thinking and feeling which makes you unique and stands to reason why you should have their own purposes in life.

However all of these split second decisions that your body is designed to make through the retina in the back of your eye going through to your brain creates how you feel emotionally and view any life scenario whilst awake daily. As a result chemicals are then released through your body to either stay in that moment or run from a possible threat. Your emotions are sparked during this time to help you listen to your own feelings through your internal compass otherwise known as intuition.

The body is very complex and as we age the concepts are often taught to us to believe what we see in front of us first not go by how we feel without proven answers, yet. This is why as children you are often more in tune with your psychic awareness having trust in yourself that life will be okay and living in the moment more often. After all the human body is a vessel to sustain life and we all have varying personalities, life achievements, desires and life paths which are linked back to our soul.

The positive aspect of having Neurones govern how you feel is that to get back in touch with your soul on deeper levels, have the ability to foresee others intentions clearly, know the correct decisions to make daily by receiving messages from the Universe through this avenue to begin with and feel inner peace within. You can train these cells to listen to your subconscious part of the mind where the intuition messages lay. By accessing this area you are able to grow your psychic abilities, connect with Angels/ The Universe if you wish to but most importantly understand clearly what you want in life and the right choices to make for yourself in alignment with the bigger meaning your soul has in store for you. Once you confidently live life to what you were born to do and who you are meant to be you gain complete self-acceptance, emotional freedom and understand more than you would without being in touch with your intuition. There is so much more to life than just how our body functions and what we see daily. By tuning into your intuition the sky is the limit and the best part it is what is right for you and relays messages from the Universe to assist you in various forms.

The first exercise to start with is:

*Sit in a comfortable spot where you will be undisturbed for a little while.

*Put on some music with Delta Tones (Youtube is a good platform to use). Your brain waves match the tones and allows your body to relax more preparing for you to see what your body/life needs now.

*Close your eyes, imagine laying on the beach. Think of sounds, waves, the sand etc. Then look up at the sky in your minds eye. Ask one short clear question and without thinking anything see what word/sentence comes to you. No judgment, not worry or self-questioning. Just allow your body to synchronise messages from your intuition through the brain and show your eyes what you need to see right now. With practice this will strengthen and create a new pattern after 17 days if completed regularly. The brain will be able to quickly adapt to telling you what you need more directly from your intuition.

April 16-20 Moon Energy: Letting Go Of Regret!

It is easy to look back in hindsight and question decisions that you have made in the past. No matter what you have been through it does not define your self-worth or ability to achieve your dreams in the future. There is always a way to make it happen even if you vary your Life Path in a multitude of ways. What is meant for you will find a way to show up for you in life.

If you blame or punish yourself for those past decisions that went wrong and are no longer in the present or have brought up regret from behaving a particular way towards someone special than you are truly not being fair or loving to yourself.

Ultimately the Universe has our Life Purposes already mapped out for us prior to birth. Regardless of how many different choices we make or paths we take they will still place situations to tick of these Life Purposes just in varying ways. At the end of the day you are not really cheating yourself out of the opportunity to feed the soul and move forward on a positive path. You actually are more equipped to realise how strong, resilient and unique you are as a person from making it through important life challenges over the previous years. Now is your time to shine.

The moon energy from April 16-20 is preparing us to let go of looking in the rear view mirror of life as it is small in comparison to the size of a car windshield focusing on what the road is in-front of you.

During these few days when a judgemental, negative or harsh thought comes into your mind imagine it written on paper and rub it out with an eraser in your minds eye. This is cancelling, clearing and deleting the old pattern your conscious part of the mind is relaying to your soul and psychic connection/intuition channels naturally stored in the subconscious part of the brain.

In its place at the end of each day write a list of five things that you like about yourself, five things you are grateful for from the day and one new action that you will aim to achieve tomorrow such as not overthinking or try to remain calm at all times by focusing on deep breathing watching your stomach not chest rise and fall. Start small an enjoy the process.

By following the above method it will help you in clearing out the old unwanted thought patterns and creating new exciting beliefs that support your personal growth going forward.

The saying “the best is yet to come” is accurate and once you rise from feeling held back or overwhelmed the Angel's can bring in more exciting life happenings to help you feel happiness on deeper levels. Until you let go of the old they are limited to adding in additional future happenings as your mind is focusing on the old/past. By being present in the moment things improve with time long term.

Clearing Deep Emotional Stress Patterns/Triggers In Just 3 Minutes!

There are many effective ways that help clear and release emotional stress. A good technique that can be done in as little as three minutes is by holding specific points on your forehead with your palm and thinking about your stress melting away as you take deep breaths being more present in the moment.

To help release deep subconscious stresses such as old feelings associated with a particular person from years ago or if you often self-sabotage during stressful times is:

1. Firmly press down for 30 seconds your index and middle finger side by side about 1cm above the centre of your eyebrows right near the Third Eye Chakra.

If you have trouble finding this area gently feel around just above the centre of your eyebrows and measure half way to your hair line. Slowly come down bit by bit until you discover a small tight spot. The tension is your trigger point and you will notice it feels slightly more hard than anywhere else. This is the spot you need to focus on.

After you hold your fingers down with the firm pressure for 30 seconds move to put them both on each side of your temples at the same time. Your left and right hand will be working on the same side of your head as each hand is touching. Stay in the one position and don't use circular motions. Stillness is key here.

Once you press onto the temples start by being gentle as they are highly sensitive to tension then build up some more pressure if desired. Your touch will help activate these pressure points to melt away some stress from your subconscious part of the brain.

Close your eyes and focus on breathing. Notice yourself taking slow long deep in breaths of clean fresh air in through your nostrils and into your stomach area. Feel your chest rise and fall knowing that for this short little while any responsibilities, worries or concerns can be left at the door. With every out breath blow all negative or tense energy possible out into the air. Then in your minds eye repeat 5 times in a row " I let it all go, I release you now". This intention will also help affirm in your mind that you are free and ready to move forward.

Repeat this whole exercise as often as needed.

Finding your Life Path!

In a fast paced society it is easy to get caught up in everyday living and responsibilities. At the end of the day there is a much bigger picture at hand. We are all down here to find out who we are to the core and make changes within ourselves to achieve inner contentment and happiness.

The Universe puts people, places and situations in our path in order for us to make decisions appropriate or not at that given time. When you regret a decision or action upon reflection your intuition is feeding you more information towards what is right for your life. The essence of who you are is in your soul. This resides just behind your Third Eye and has a direct strong nerve link to the main artery at the top of your ventricle in the heart.

Many people often feel success and happiness is found from the outside in for example a career or that nice home but spirt has other plans. Such as you overcoming others limitations or expectations to follow what you desire regardless of others perceived outcomes or fear of having a lack of in life.

Relationships are important and necessary for you to express what you feel comfortable to show to friends, family and significant others. The right people will be there for you in the good and bad times. All whilst you being true to yourself is the actual key to inner happiness even though it is a tall order to often make decisions that you don't particularly find easy.

When we tick off our own Life Purposes by being honest with what we truly desire and who we are/how we. operate as a person then the feeling of knowingness, contentment, more self-love and the ability to manifest beyond our desires often falls into place as a result. Everything all boils down to working from the inside out not outside in for the remedy to self-fulfilment and self-belief.

Throughout your life many lessons will come your way, if you learn the lesson spirit has set in your path early it will not repeat in other situations over time. The sooner you make decisions based on what you feel deep down is right the easier life becomes on many levels spiritually. No one is perfect and it is fine to follow outcomes that may not work as you hoped. You tried and that is how to get to learn more about who you are deep down. Every negative situation there can be at least one positive found to move forward.

It is important to get in touch with your intuition and strengthen that muscle so you can actively take steps in any life situation towards further happiness or inner contentment. Below are some techniques that you can utilise this month.

1) It is important to get in touch with what your soul truly desires minus the fears or others opinions. By writing in a journal each day which is for your eyes only then you are able to view aspects of yourself which are positive and identify those negative repeat patterns in life that you are not aware of right now.

2) Record each emotion that you are feeling at that time and try to look at the reason why not just what someone has said to make you angry or happy. This is a core reflection of you. This is you giving yourself a gift of love, kindness and understanding so please be gentle with your criticism. For every negative seek a positive point about your progress in life.

3) Positive affirmations do work. The trick is to say them as many times as you like in a day. Pick a short and to the point one or create one yourself such as " I am strong in body, mind and spirit" or " I love myself and I am making my dreams come true" or " I deserve love and happiness". Essentially you are re-training your mind to get rid of unwanted negative self-talk that no longer serves you. You will find that your outlook is more positive and you feel calmer within. This will take around 12-17 days to have its full effect.

4) When a negative thought comes into your mind say to yourself "I have no room in my life for this" and literally visualise pushing it out of your mind in front of you or placing these thoughts into a big box in a boat and pushing them down a stream. The point is that you are getting it out of your minds eye and releasing the feelings attached to it as much as you can at this stage.

5) Create a wish jar where you place bits of paper in it writing positive thoughts on dreams that you wish to achieve in the future. Put it on the shelf and open it up when you are feeling the need for further inspiration. Or if you are more visually minded create a canvass vision board with cut outs and pictures of what you truly want and place it on a wall which you can see daily.

6) Have a two week "drama detox". This is you taking care of yourself and detaching from others problems. For the two weeks you pamper yourself by eating good foods, have a massage, create more time for yourself. avoid negative or energy draining people, avoid crowds where possible and look at it as a mini retreat to revitalise your energy. Also try to refrain from having the phone near you as much. Basically have anything that nourishes your soul to feel good. It is also a great idea for this timeframe to avoid sad stories such as the news. Instead replace TV programs that upset you or are violent with relaxing music, candles and even a nice block of chocolate/some wine?. Do what works for you.

By making these adjustments in your life, then it will enhance your confidence, well-being and inner-strength.

Some days you just need a little cuteness/miracle!

These four kittens I rescued from a traumatic experience. Don’t worry I have not included any sad details on this loving post.

They survived of course even after being given just ten percent chance of survival. With two hourly bottle feeding day and night, care for their injuries which are healing. I get four little fury friends who now can slowly follow me around and have learnt to slightly meow. Plus they are slowly learning to eat a bit of soft food.

These beautiful babies will be cared for by myself as I’ve done rescue work for many years (voluntary at my cost) and then off to forever homes.
