A Health & Wellness Coach & Mechanical Engineer of 43 years.
My life & work has taken me across six countries: India, Sweden, the UK, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia, I traded in blueprints for breathwork.
My career in quality systems, inspection, and root cause analysis taught me one vital truth: every problem has a deeper cause... and every solution needs a holistic touch.
Now, I’m bringing that same analytical mindset into the world of health and wellness.
I blend science, soul, and systems to help people take charge of their wellbeing. Whether it’s nutrition, mindset, or understanding stress, I coach from a place of lived experience and deep compassion.

I’m also a proud husband, devoted father, meditation enthusiast, wildlife lover, and train simulator hobbyist.
