SPF is your BFF!
Don’t forget to apply an SPF50+ regularly during the day. Your skin will thank you for it later!
It needs to be applied 20 minutes before sun exposure to be effective.
For an adult, the recommended amount is 5mls (1 teaspoon) for each arm, leg, front of body, back and face (including neck and ears) = 35 mls
(7 teaspoons) for a full body application …. or more if you walk around completely naked!

Before and immediately after 1 ml of lip filler
Lip filler can be used to add lip volume, increase hydration and to balance any pre-existing asymmetry
In this patient who kindly allowed me to share her images, I also injected the corners of her mouth to give them a subtle upwards turn
Lastly, I injected her horizontal chin crease and added some filler to strengthen the area leading from the corners of her mouth to her chin ( which can eventually lead to the formation of marionette lines)
