How is everyone feeling today? Who is happy that summer will be coming to an end soon? Who is sad that summer is ending? I personally dislike summer and am looking forward to the colder months

Today I am so greatful that my 6 month old had such a good day with her sleeps, I’m thankful she slept more then she usually does which allowed me to get more stuff done around the house

Today I am so greatful that my daughters anxiety seems to be getting better and that her therapy is working, I’m thankful that she is able to work through her fears and that myself and her dad are able to do so right beside her supporting her every step of the way

Today I am so greatful that my milk supply has seemed to increase drastically again, I think it was stress that was affecting my supply so much as I’ve had such a big month during the month of February and it was a stressful month and now that has seemed to settle down my
Supply has seemed to come up, so I am thankful for this as I am not quite ready to stop feeding my babe

I am happy
I am rested
I am satisfied

I have been getting quite a few questions regarding live videos! I know this is a highly enjoyed part of my page/content and I do promise to get back into the swing of things with live videos. I have just been so drained the last month, with so much happening at once and so much on my plate. I plan to just take it easy for the next week or so before diving back into committing to much with things as I just need time to rejuvenate all my energies. 🌞Gratitude Journal🌞

Welcome back everyone, how did everyone go over the weekend with their journaling? Did you stick with it? It’s okay if you didn’t ! I tried to, I started many times and once I even feel asleep half way through 😅

Today I am so greatful that I was able to just take a break over the weekend and spend that time being present with my family celebrating my daughters 8th birthday, I am feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated today and this I am thankful for

Today I am so greatful so after Sun care! My back is so burnt from the weekend and it’s been quite sore, but I am thankful there are some gels out there that are able to help take some of the discomfort away and provide relief

Today I am so greatful I let the kids stay home from school, they had such a big weekend of big activities and being out in the Sun they were just exhausted this morning so I’m thankful I was in a position to allow them to have the day off and rest at home

I am calm
I am nurturing
I am a good mum

🌞Gratitude Journal🌞

Today has been a bit of a rough one for me. I’ve been struggling quite a lot lately, it’s hard for me to leave the house with my family because it always just ends in chaos and it ends up really stressful and no one has any fun. And it’s been bothering me a lot so today I am only going to share one thing to be greatful for. How is everyone else feeling? I feel like the energy is low in everyone at the moment, maybe something in the air.. a lot of the time I question if I should share these feelings with everyone, because I like to remain positive for everyone to help them remain positive but I thought you know screw it, I’m going to show that it’s okay to have days like this, it’s normal to have days like this and even I have days like this. You’re never in this alone

I am greatful that at the end of every night, I lay in my bed after a long day, my kids finally asleep and I am so greatful for that silence. The peace is so beautiful in that moment and I’m thankful that moment comes every single night some days it’s my only saving grace.
