Our 75hr Online Yin Yoga Training starts October 27. It’s a fully self-paced course for teachers and committed students wanting to:
🔹 Understand fascia, meridians & subtle energy
🔹 Learn the philosophy & science of stillness
🔹 Explore sequencing, anatomy, and cueing
🔹 Integrate traditional Yin with modern insight

Led by Duncan Peak and Emma Burridge — two teachers who blend wisdom with anatomical depth.

The Art Of Assisting program is delivered fully in-person and is designed to give you the tools you need to safely and confidently offer hands on assists to your students in the classroom.

This 20hr module is for students that have not had any assisting training, or those that have and want a up-to-date refresher.

Annie Carpenter workshops in The 5 Koshas is coming to Sydney in November. Annie will lead us from the physical outer sheath, toward the breath-based energy body, through the mental layers of both mind and discernment, and into the inner bliss layer that opens the gate to awaken to our true self.

Learn to think differently as a student and teacher to cultivate inquiry, curiosity and intentional sequences with your classes. Annie has an empowering way of bringing out the teacher in her workshops, rather than positioning as a 'yoga guru' but instead empowering students to understand their own practice and bodies.
